- Hold Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP )II OR
- Hold Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from KNEC or its equivalent OR
- Hold a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university OR
- Hold an equivalent qualifications recognized by the Examinations Board
