Module Four develops learners’ communication skills, focusing on effective verbal and written communication, customer service, teamwork, and professional interaction in ICT work environments. It also introduces entrepreneurship skills, enabling learners to identify business opportunities, manage small ICT-related enterprises, and apply basic financial and business management principles.
The module further covers computer programming principles, where learners are introduced to basic programming concepts, logic, and problem-solving, as well as computerised database management systems, focusing on creating, managing, and maintaining databases for secure storage, retrieval, and manipulation of data.
